Why consume organic products?

Population growth and concern of food supply for everyone cause chemical fertilizers, antibiotics, etc. to be used in all countries to prevent blight and diseases of crops and livestock. Due to lack of awareness and several other reasons, in some cases too much of these chemicals are used. And therefore some of the chemical compounds infect food products.
Excessive absorption of these chemicals may cause cardiovascular problems, digestive problems and diseases such as osteoporosis, Parkinson's disease, the incidence of birth defects in babies, increasing abortion probability, etc. so, generally put health of the population at risk.
Instead of that, concerned with the prevention of food safety problems and protect people, researchers have been forced to think about providing natural food products. This natural food products that are free of chemicals and of course have a higher nutritional value known as organic food products.
Nowadays, food products such as fruits and vegetables, legumes, grains, beef, lamb, chicken, eggs, milk, honey, etc. are used organically. In Iran, products such as pomegranate, pomegranate juice, wild pistachio, saffron, figs, rose water, honey, tea, rice, potatoes, olive oil and some other food products provided organically.
Based on the results of a European study, organic food contains more vitamins, antioxidants and essential fatty acids.
The nutrients in organic milk is 70 percent more than non-organic counterpart.
Also studies show that inappropriate and harmful substances such as heavy metals and residues of pesticides are less in organic products.
But it does not mean that non-organic food products are entirely harmful and damaging and should not be consumed.
However, our body needs a lot of fruits and vegetables and we need have vitamins through eating this food supply.
It is also of interest to women and young girls who complain of cellulite in their bodies.
According to some experts, one of the main causes of cellulite is modern food consumption containing pesticides, chemical fertilizers, growth hormones and other additives that we use daily.
Fertilizers, chemical pesticides, herbicides, hormones and genetic manipulation are not used in the production of organic products.
